August 29th, 2011 at half-dozen:51 pmI found this beautiful light imperial polish from CVS called Belle of the Brawl by Confetti. I am rocking that on my toes and hands. On my hand I did an overcoat of Sally Hansen white crepitation on the alphabetize finger and the finger side by side to my pinky (don't know the technical term lol) on both hands. I just did it to spice things up alittle but it is very cute!

It looks very army chic, and I've never had a matte stick so well without chipping (I think the Black Shatter solidified it a scrap).

It's been hanging on in that location for over a month with no chips, and that's without a base or superlative glaze. It's proficient because I'grand very lazy about my toenail smoothen.
